West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has advertised a notification of West Bengal Civil Service (Exe.) Exam 2019 divided of Group A, B, C & D Posts. Candidates who are interested in the vacancy details & completed all eligibility criteria can read the Notification & Apply Online. Age as recorded only in the Madhyamik or equivalent certificate will be accepted. The age limits apply to all candidates whether in Government Service or not. The W.B.C.S. (Exe.) etc. Examination is to be treated as a combined Competitive Examination comprising four separate and distinct examinations.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2018)

  • For Group A & C: 21-36 Years
  • i.e., Born not earlier than the 02-01-1983 and not later than the 01-01-1998.
  • For Group B: 20-36 Years
  • Born not earlier than the 02-01-1983 and not later than the 01-01-1999.
  • For Group D: 21-39 Years
  • Born not earlier than the 02-01-1980 and not later than the 01-01-1998.
  • Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.
Qualification

  • Degree from a recognized University, Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali).
